ECDL

The European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) is an internationally recognised IT qualification designed to give candidates the skills to use a computer confidently and effectively, helping to improve understanding and efficient use of computers.

This Level 2 course is equivalent to a GCSE and is validated and approved by academic experts. Sometimes required by employers, it offers students a head start in the employment market.

The course comprises of various modules on many computer, online and software essentials. Testing is taken via a programme that simulates the Windows/Microsoft Office environment, requiring students to complete tasks to demonstrate their proficiency in each area.
